It’s just a short trip from New York City to the lovely circus friendly town of Nyack, NY!
BIG NEWS:
Digital entertainment curator, FilmBuff partners with WORLD CIRCUS to release the film across all leading VOD platforms in the US in late 2013!
WORLD CIRCUS will continue to screen at festivals, both in the US and internationally. Plans are underway for a winter screening tour of the film around Europe with Director / Producer Angela Snow, ending with a screening at the Monte Carlo Circus Festival in January 2014.

‘Films with Class’ educational outreach program, will be privately screened for Winston-Salem/Forsyth County school students as well as shown to the general public during the Festival. “RiverRun’s ‘Films with Class’ program introduces students to films that they wouldn’t otherwise have the opportunity to see”

The film will have its film festival premiere at the acclaimed Sedona International Film Festival February 27th, 2013 in Sedona, Arizona.[singlepic id=13 w=320 h=240 float=center]Two screenings of the film, followed by a Q&A, will take place at the Sedona International Film Festival – Wednesday, Feburary 27th at 9pm & Friday, March 1st at 9am

The name of the filmmaking game is HURRY UP AND… WAIT.
Waiting on answers from lots fantastic film festivals and waiting for many other great film festivals to open up their submissions. Until the film has its festival premiere, we’re unable to have public screenings of it or sell DVDs. So, we all wait!
While we wait, the film has been shown at some private gatherings within the circus community (with a great response!) and we’re wrapping up paperwork and other details, which seems never ending.
Also, there are exciting discussions happening regarding the music soundtrack for the film.
…or close enough to done that Friday September 21st, the film was submitted & shipped off to the Sundance Film Festival with fingers crossed that it will be accepted to screen this winter. An answer will come in December, so we have a while to wait. The film will be submitted to other top film festivals around the world to get the ball rolling for the film to be out in the world.

SYNOPSIS
Following five circus acts from around the world to the 'Academy Awards' of circus competitions, the Monte Carlo Circus Festival, the film will reveal the behind the scenes life, history, and culture of circus on an international scale as never done before.
